Evidentemente, é ao contrário. Tim Berners-Lee é uma das razões pelas quais tenho vindo a aprofundar a função de jornalista-programador. Algumas funcionalidades dos Tópicos decorrem do que ele tem vindo a dizer sobre a importância dos dados, e não é de agora.
